Roofing marketing that brings the calls.

The roof leaks at night. They call whoever Google shows first.

We get roofing companies ranked for the repair calls that land today and the replacement quotes that land a month from now, in the suburbs where the work is.

What is different here

Roofing is not like the others.

A roofing company serves two customers who have nothing in common. One has a stain spreading across a bedroom ceiling and calls the first three numbers on the screen. The other has been gathering bids for a month and reads every review twice. Same search box, nothing else the same.

The weather sets the calendar. One hailstorm crosses one set of streets and the phone rings in that zip code for weeks while the next town stays quiet. Crews arrive from three states away with door knockers and ad money, so a local roofer competes for their own neighbors against people who leave by winter.

Your truck also drives farther than your listing ranks. Roofers cross the county for a re-roof, but Google shows a profile strongest near its own pin. That gap is why a busy roofer is invisible in the suburbs his crews worked last week.

What we would work on first.

The order matters as much as the list. These five are ranked by what moves a roofing business fastest, not by what is easiest to sell.

/ 01

Your profile, rebuilt for leak work

Most roofing profiles are built to sell a whole roof, so every leak, tarp and missing shingle search sails past. We fix the categories, name the repair services out loud, and stock it with photos of roofs you finished. Fastest lever here.

Reviews collected on the last day

A roofer is on a property once, so there is no second visit to ask on. The moment is the day the crew packs up and the homeowner is in the driveway looking up. We build the ask into the job and coach the wording, so the town gets named.

The estimate page nobody writes

Homeowners read up on what a new roof involves for weeks before they call anybody, and almost every roofing site says nothing about it. A plain page on what drives the estimate, the pitch, the layers, the material, catches them months before they buy.

Pages
/ 04

Service area, suburb by suburb

Maps will not carry you to the far edge of your radius. The suburbs your crews drive to need pages of their own, written about roofs in that place, the housing stock, the age of it, the storms that hit.

Built before the storm season

The worst week to build a hail damage page is the week after the hail. We write the storm pages, the profile posts and the claim explainers while the sky is clear, so you are up the day it lands.

Timing

Roofing is already on our books, so nobody here is learning your trade on your money. We have seen which searches end in a tarp and which ones end in a new roof, and the work gets built around the difference.

The cost of waiting · 03 things

What another quarter costs you.

None of this is urgent in the way a broken van is urgent, which is exactly why it slides. Here is what slides with it.

/ 01You skip a whole storm seasonA quarter is a season in this trade. If the profile, the pages and the reviews are not in place when the sky opens over your side of town, the calls go to whoever was ready.
/ 02Your reviews start reading quietA homeowner holding three bids reads the newest handful of reviews, not the best one you ever got. A stretch with nothing new reads exactly like what it is, right when somebody is choosing.
/ 03A rival takes the suburbMap results settle and then hold. The roofer who publishes the page for a subdivision this quarter is the one Google trusts long after, and taking it back is harder than getting there first.

Questions we get asked

Before you book the call.

Most of our work comes from storms. Is this worth it?

Storm weeks bring the stiffest competition you face all year, and much of it flies in from elsewhere. Ranking keeps the phone going in the flat months and puts you in front of your neighbors in the loud ones.

Should we chase repair searches or replacement searches?

Both, on separate pages. Repair calls pay for themselves this week, and plenty turn into a full roof later, once the homeowner has met your crew and decided you are alright.

Do you build pages about hail and insurance claims?

Yes. We write the plain language version of what a claim looks like, what an adjuster is checking, and where a roofer fits in. We never promise anything about how a claim turns out.

We do metal and flat roofs too. Do those need pages?

They do. Somebody shopping a standing seam metal roof and somebody with a flat roof over a shop are different buyers typing different searches, and a site that only says roofing catches neither.

How long before anything changes?

Profile work can move inside a few weeks, because that is the piece Google reads fastest. Pages, reviews and links take a season, which is why we would rather start in your quiet stretch.
