What this site collects when you browse it or fill in a form, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it.

Who we are
NSC Marketing is a local SEO and website agency working with service businesses across the United States. This policy covers nsc-marketing.com and nothing else. If you follow a link from here to another company's site, their policy applies once you land there, not ours.
What we collect
Two things, and that is the whole list.
What you type into a form. Your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, your website address, and whatever you write in the message box. You choose to send that. Nothing on this site collects it any other way.
How the site gets used. Pages viewed, roughly where in the world the visit came from, which browser and device, and which site sent you here. This arrives through Google Analytics and it is not tied to your name.
What we do not collect
We do not sell anything on this site, so there is no payment information anywhere in it. We do not buy contact lists, we do not sell or rent yours, and we do not pass it to anyone except the tools named below that we need to run the business.
Why we collect it
The form data exists so we can answer you. If you ask about local SEO, we look at your site before we reply, and to do that we need to know which site is yours. The analytics data exists so we can see which pages are worth writing and which ones nobody reads.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to tell a returning visitor from a new one. You can block or delete them in your browser settings and the site still works. Nothing here needs a cookie to function.
Who else sees it
- Google Analytics, for the usage data above.
- Our website host and our form plugin, which store what you submit so we can read it.
- Calendly, but only if you book a call, and only the details you enter there.
Each of those has its own privacy policy. None of them gets your details for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Form submissions stay in our inbox and in the website's own records for as long as we might reasonably need them, and we clear out old enquiries periodically. Analytics data follows Google's own retention setting.
Your choices
Write to us and ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do it. If you are in a place with a specific data law, such as California or the EU, those rights apply and we are not going to make you cite the statute to use them.
Children
This site is aimed at business owners. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If this changes, the date at the top changes with it. We do not quietly rewrite it and leave the old date sitting there.
