Kitchen Remodeling marketing that brings the calls.

They will look at kitchens for months before they call anybody.

A kitchen is decided slowly, in photos and cost questions, long before the phone rings. We put you in that search early and keep you there until they call.

What is different here

Kitchen Remodeling is not like the others.

Nobody wakes up needing a new kitchen tonight. The search starts with pictures, months before anybody picks up a phone. A homeowner saves, argues about an island with their partner, fills a folder with photos, then types in a contractor search.

That long run up changes which results matter. Where the phone rings out of panic, the three listings under the map carry the day. Here a homeowner has ten tabs open: photo sites, a big box installer, two lead sellers passing one name to four builders, and maybe you.

The proof they want is visual, and it is local. They want a kitchen in a house shaped like theirs, on a street they recognize. A showroom photo off a stock site reads as somebody else's work, because it is.

What we would work on first.

The order matters as much as the list. These five are ranked by what moves a kitchen remodeling business fastest, not by what is easiest to sell.

/ 01

Fix the profile category first

Google has a Kitchen Remodeler category, and plenty of remodelers sit under General Contractor instead, piled in with roofers and deck builders. Fix that, then fill the services list with refacing, counters, layout changes and permit work. It is the fastest move here and it takes an afternoon.

A page for every kitchen you finish

One kitchen, one page: the town, what the family wanted, what was in the way, the cabinets, the counters, and real photos before and after. Homeowners read these for months, and a national installer with a call center cannot copy them.

Answer the money question

The first search is what a kitchen like theirs runs in their area. Most remodelers say nothing, so the big comparison sites answer and keep the visitor. You never have to post a figure. You do have to explain what moves the number.

Ask for the review at the reveal

By the last day of a kitchen job the client is tired of dust and one missing handle. The moment to ask is the reveal, when the counters are in and the room looks like the photos. Reviews that name the town and the job read as real.

Work the season backwards

Kitchens built in the fall are decided in the spring, and the January wave comes from families who spent the holidays cooking in a room they hate. What you publish today is what gets found next season, so it has to land ahead of the wave.

Timing

We have done this work in kitchen remodeling: the category corrected, a page built for each finished kitchen, and the money questions answered on the client's own site instead of somebody else's.

The cost of waiting · 03 things

What another quarter costs you.

None of this is urgent in the way a broken van is urgent, which is exactly why it slides. Here is what slides with it.

/ 01The booking season closesKitchens are signed long before a cabinet is ordered. Sit out a quarter and you miss the run up to a whole build season. Those jobs go to whoever was easy to find.
/ 02Somebody else answers your questionsThe cost pages and the lead sellers answer your searches for you. They hand the same homeowner to four other builders, and then you pay for a name that was already looking for you.
/ 03Your best work stays on a phoneThe kitchens you finish this quarter are your only real proof. Sitting in a camera roll they do nothing, and by spring that job is old news to you and invisible to everybody searching.
Questions we get asked

Before you book the call.

Most of our work comes from referrals. Does this still matter?

A referral checks you before they call. They type your name, read the reviews, and look for photos of a kitchen like the one they want. Local search makes sure they find something solid.

How long before this turns into booked jobs?

The profile moves first. Project pages take longer, they have to earn their place. Then there is the trade's own delay: somebody who finds you this month may call once they finish saving. Judge it over quarters, not weeks.

Should we bother with Houzz and Angi?

Claim the listings and keep the photos current, but treat them as places people check you, not a lead supply. Paid leads there get sold to several builders at once. The aim is a homeowner on your own site, with nobody listed beside you.

We do not want to talk about cost on our website. Do we have to?

You never have to post a figure. You do have to answer it in some form, because a homeowner who gets nothing from you gets an answer from a site that has never built a kitchen.

Does the map pack matter for kitchen remodeling?

It matters, and it decides less here than it does for a burst pipe. Use it to catch the homeowner ready to call now. Win the long research on your own site.
