Before you book the call.
Two months is quick. Is that normal?
No, and we would rather say so. A brand new site on an established domain can move this fast. A new domain usually cannot.
Is 45 visits to 97 a lot?
In raw numbers it is small, and we have left the raw pair on the page so you can see that for yourself. What matters for a realtor is that those are people searching to buy or sell in his towns.
Did the new website cause it, or the SEO?
Both, and we cannot split them cleanly, so we do not pretend to. The site was rebuilt and optimised at the same time.
What happens next on this one?
More town pages, and the listings feed. He is still with us.
