Case study · Medical aesthetics, London Ontario
We never touched their website. The calls still went up.
Kontour is a profile and content job, not a website job. That makes it the cleanest read we have, because only one thing changed.

What we did
- Took over the Google Business Profile and rebuilt it around the treatments people in London actually search for, like botox, fillers and laser
- Kept the profile fed every month rather than setting it up once and walking away
- Wrote the site up for AI assistants as well as for search, so the same answers turn up in both
- Never touched the website itself, which is why the change in calls can only have come from the profile work

Why only the profile numbers?
Because that is what we can stand behind. Their organic search sits roughly flat across the same period, and we would rather scope this case to what actually moved than dress up a number that did not.
What makes this one a clean read?
We never touched their website. When only one thing changes, you do not have to argue about which change did the work.
Is a Canadian client different to work on?
The method is the same. The measurement is not: their search data carries a lot of traffic from outside Canada, so any honest reading has to filter to Canada first.
What would make this case stronger?
A dated map grid scan. We have the before and after, and neither screenshot carries its date, so it is not on this page.
