Pest Control marketing that brings the calls.

Nobody searches for pest control. They search for the thing in their kitchen.

Ants in the spring, wasps in late summer, mice at the first cold snap. We build a page for each pest, so every one of those calls lands with you.

What is different here

Pest Control is not like the others.

Pest control is a phrase your customers almost never type. They type the thing they found. Wasps in the soffit, mice in the attic, roaches in a rental. Each one is a different search, and the services page that answers them all ranks for none of them.

There is no one busy season either, just several small ones stacked through the year, one per pest. Ants and termite swarms come with the warm rain, wasps peak when the nest is biggest, rodents turn up the week it gets cold. Bed bugs ignore the calendar and get searched at two in the morning.

The competition is a different shape too. The plain searches, pest control and exterminator plus your town, go to national brands nobody local outspends. What no one near you has written is the page about the pest itself, and that search is already halfway to a booking.

What we would work on first.

The order matters as much as the list. These five are ranked by what moves a pest control business fastest, not by what is easiest to sell.

A page for each pest, starting with the ones that pay

A wasp nest over the front door and a deck that might have termites are not the same customer, and one services page speaks to neither. We build a page per pest, in the words people use about their own house, starting with the jobs worth most to you.

Your profile, set to the pests you treat

Google keeps separate categories for pest control, fumigation and animal control, and most listings pick one and never look again. We set the primary to the work you want more of, then list every pest as a service, because that list gets read on searches your site cannot reach yet.

Reviews that never have to name the pest

Nobody wants a public review saying bed bugs were in their bedroom, so the ask goes quiet on the jobs you most want reviewed. Make it about the technician and the visit, sent while the van is still outside. The customer keeps the detail, you keep the review.

Links from agents and property managers

Two channels in this trade barely touch a search box. A house sale that needs a termite inspection comes through the agent, and apartment work comes through whoever manages the building. Your name on those sites is a link Google counts and a number somebody keeps.

Each pest goes live before its season

Nothing published in the middle of a swarm ranks during that swarm. Ranking takes weeks, so the rodent page gets written in late summer and the termite page over the winter. We build the calendar backwards from the pests.

Timing

The closest trade on our books is mold remediation, not pest control, and we would rather say so than blur it. The call underneath is the same: something got into the house, and the map decided who got phoned.

What another quarter costs you.

None of this is urgent in the way a broken van is urgent, which is exactly why it slides. Here is what slides with it.

/ 01A pest misses its whole yearA quarter here is not a slow patch, it is one pest's whole season. Sit out the warm rain and the termite calls get made without you, and that search does not come back for a year.
/ 02The plan gets signed by somebody elseThe one-off wasp job is not the money. It is the audition for the quarterly plan, and whoever answers that call keeps the house for years.
/ 03The agent picks a different nameWhere a house sale needs a termite inspection, the agent already has a company saved in their phone, and that slot does not open often. Another quarter out of sight is another season of closings you never hear about.

Questions we get asked

Before you book the call.

We already rank for pest control in our town. Is that enough?

No, and that search is smaller than it feels. Add up bed bugs, termites, wasps, mice and roaches and the pest by pest searches beat the plain one, and each is closer to a booking.

Which pest should we build for first?

The one whose season is closest, then the one that pays best. Termite and bed bug work carries the most money and the longest read before anybody calls. Wasps and rodents are fast decisions that fill a schedule.

Should we put pictures of pests on the site?

A little, but not the way most sites do it. A close-up of a roach on the page somebody opens at the dinner table costs you the call. Show the technician, the truck and the crawl space, and keep one clear photo per pest page for the people still working out what they found.

Can we rank for bats, raccoons and squirrels as well?

Yes, and on its own page. Wildlife gets searched in completely different words to insect work, it is often licensed separately, and Google lists animal control as a category of its own. Buried in a pest control page, it is hidden from both.

Do we need a separate page for restaurants and apartment blocks?

Yes, if you want that work. A manager searching for commercial pest control is not reading anything written for a homeowner. They want the service log and what happens the week before an inspection.
