Social media management for local service businesses.

They check you out before they call.

Nobody finds a roofer on Instagram. They find you on Google, then they look at your page to see if you are still around. We keep it worth looking at.

What posting is really for

Almost nobody goes looking for a plumber on Instagram. They find you on Google, and then they open your page to see whether you are still working, still local, and still the kind of outfit they want in the house.

Which makes this the last step, not the first one
What actually goes out · 04 formats

Four kinds of post, and you film none of them unless you want to.

Most accounts stall because somebody has to think of something to post. That is the part we take off you. The month gets planned in one sitting and then it runs.

Format · 01The work

Jobs you finished

The backbone of every local account, and the only thing your neighbours actually want to see. A before and after, a truck outside a house they recognise, a repair explained in two lines. You send photos when you have them and we turn them into the month.

Best for: proof, and looking busy without saying you are
Format · 02Carousels

Carousels and static posts

The layer that runs underneath everything else. A seasonal warning, five things that go wrong with a system like yours, a review with a real name on it, a price range explained without a price. These cost almost nothing to make and they never go stale.

Best for: the weeks when there is nothing to photograph
Format · 03Your phone

Video you film on your phone

You do the filming, we do the rest. We write the hook, send you a shot list of six or seven clips that take about half an hour to get, then cut them into several posts. No crew, no shoot day, no studio to book, and nobody comes to your site.

Best for: your face, your team, a job you just finished
Format · 04AI presenter

Video with a presenter made by AI

We write the script and a presenter generated by AI delivers it. Nobody films anything, so a week with no photos still has posts in it. It reads well for explaining how a job works, what a warranty covers or why a quote looks like it does, and it is the honest answer when nobody at the company wants to be on camera.

Best for: explaining things, and camera-shy owners
How a month runs · 04 phases

About half an hour of your time.

The reason most accounts die is that posting is somebody's fifth job. Here it is the whole job, and you see the month before any of it goes out.

Phase 01

Plan

We take the month from what you actually do. Your busy season, the jobs you want more of, the questions you answer on the phone every week. You are not asked to come up with ideas.

Phase 02

Make

We write it and we design it. If the month has video in it, you get a short list of clips to grab on your phone, and it is written so you can shoot it between jobs.

Phase 03

Approve

You see the whole month in one go, before anything is live. Change what you like, or say nothing and it goes. One approval a month, not a message every second day.

Phase 04

Post and answer

Scheduled and posted, then watched. Somebody asking a price in the comments is a lead, so those get answered the same day and passed to you rather than left sitting.

Where it goes · 04 verdicts

Two accounts run properly beats six run badly.

Every platform will tell you your business belongs on it. For a local service business almost all of the value sits in the first two on this list.

/ 01

Your Google Business Profile

The one nobody thinks of as social, and the one that sits closest to the money. Posts show up beside your listing when somebody is already looking you up. It is the same profile we set up and clean out, kept fed instead of left to go quiet.

Always
/ 02

Facebook

Still where local customers check whether a business is real, and still where neighbourhood groups pass a name around. If we run one account for you, it is this one. Reviews and recommendations land here too, and they are worth having.

Yes
/ 03

Instagram

Worth it when the work photographs well. Roofs, kitchens, landscaping, painting and med spa work all do. A fleet repair bay mostly does not, and we would rather say so than run an account that never earns its keep.

Often
/ 04

TikTok, X and LinkedIn

Real platforms, wrong customer for most trades. LinkedIn earns its place when you sell to businesses rather than households, which is true for fleet repair and some contractors. Otherwise this is where a budget goes to be busy.

Rarely
What we report · Every month

Likes are not the number.

Any scheduling tool will hand you a page of likes and follows. It looks like progress and it decides nothing, which is why we do not open with it.

Ours opens with what went out and what came back: the posts people asked a real question on, the ones that got passed around locally, and anything that turned into a call. Then what we are making next, and why.

Putting money behind a post so it reaches people who have never heard of you is a different job, and it has its own page.

Straight answer · 03 tests

When this is worth paying for, and when it is not.

Posting is not the first thing most businesses should buy from us. Three things decide it, and we would rather work that out on the call than three invoices in.

/ 01Something is already bringing you customersThis is the step where somebody decides you are worth calling. If nothing is putting you in front of them in the first place, the money belongs in your rankings or in ads, and we will tell you that.
/ 02There is something to showFinished work, a team, a van, a before and after. You do not need a good camera and you do not need to be on screen. You do need to be doing work somebody would look at.
/ 03You want it off your plate for goodA month of posts done in a burst and then dropped is worse than nothing, because a dead account is dated. This only pays if it keeps running, which is the whole reason to hand it over.
Questions we get asked

Before you book the call.

Will people know the videos are made with AI?

Some will, and we would rather say so than hope nobody notices. A presenter made by AI is good at explaining an offer, a price, or how a job works. When the post is about you, your team or a job you finished on Tuesday, your own phone beats it every time.

Do I have to be in any of them?

No. Two of the four things we make need nobody on camera. Plenty of accounts run on finished work, carousels and a presenter made by AI, and they read fine. If you do want to be in them, you film on your phone and we do the rest.

How much of my time does this take?

About half an hour a month, and most of that is filming clips on your phone from a list we send you. You approve the month in one go before anything goes out. If you send us nothing at all, the account still posts.

Will posting bring me calls?

Not on its own, and anyone promising that is selling you something. Posting is what makes the person who already found you decide you are real and still working. The calls come from search and from ads, and this is the thing that stops you losing them at the last step.

Should we be putting money behind the posts?

That is a different job and it has its own page. Boosting a post is buying an audience that has never heard of you, which needs an offer, a budget and its own reporting. We are happy to do both, and we would rather you knew they were two things.

Which platforms do you actually post on?

The ones your customers use, which for most local service businesses is Facebook, Instagram and your Google Business Profile. We would rather run two accounts properly than six badly. If a platform is not earning its place, we will tell you and we will stop.

Who owns the accounts and everything we make?

You do, both. We work inside your accounts, never a copy we hold, and every post, carousel and video we make for you stays yours if we stop working together. Nothing we build is rented back to you.

What if nothing seems to be happening?

You will hear it from us first, in the monthly report. We will tell you what we are changing and why, and if we think your money is better spent on search or on ads for a while, we will say that too rather than keep billing you for posts.

is worth your money.

Book a call and we will look at what your accounts say about you today, which of the four formats fits how you actually work, and whether posting is the right next thing to spend on at all.
