Chiropractic marketing that brings the calls.

Their back locked up last night. By this morning they are picking an office.

Local search for chiropractic offices: the profile that answers today, reviews that name the complaint, and a page for every pain you treat.

What is different here

Chiropractic is not like the others.

Almost nobody plans this. A back goes out lifting a bag of soil, a neck seizes after a night on the wrong pillow, and the search starts before breakfast. That person is not comparing styles of care; they want to know who can see them today.

Plenty have never been adjusted and are not sure about it. They read reviews for a reason most trades never face: whether it hurt, whether it helped, whether the office pushed them into a long run of visits. Doubt sits between the search and the call.

Care here is also not one appointment. It is a stretch of visits over several weeks, squeezed in before work, so the drive counts for more here than in almost any other trade. Ten minutes further out loses to the office on the school run.

The order matters as much as the list. These five are ranked by what moves a chiropractic business fastest, not by what is easiest to sell.

A profile built for the same-day patient

Chiropractic offices run split hours: early morning, a gap at midday, evening, and a half day somewhere in the week. Google shows the map differently to somebody searching while you are shut, so those hours have to be exact, holidays included. Then the booking link goes on, with real photos of the room and the table.

Reviews that name the complaint

Star ratings all look alike in the map pack. What moves a nervous person is a review naming sciatica, a pinched nerve, or headaches that would not quit. Those are the words people type, too, so the ask moves to the visit where somebody says out loud that they feel better.

The car accident lane, and the links into it

A wreck on the highway starts a search nobody else in town writes for: car accident chiropractor, whiplash, auto injury doctor. It needs a page of its own, saying what the first visit covers and how the paperwork works. It also needs the people who send those patients: personal injury attorneys, urgent care, the gym down the road.

One page for each complaint you treat

Nobody types chiropractic care. They type what hurts: lower back pain, sciatica, neck pain, migraines, pain in pregnancy, a shoulder that will not lift. Each is its own search with its own patient behind it, so each gets its own page. Technique pages come second: spinal decompression and Graston get searched by people who already believe.

Track which calls are new patients

Most of the phone traffic in a chiropractic office is people moving an appointment, which buries the new patient calls underneath. Those are the only ones this work is judged on. We put tracking on the number, so you can see which search brought a new name and which calls rang out.

Tracking

Our nearest work is in a dental office, not a chiropractic one, and we would rather say it than blur it. Same shape of problem: somebody in pain picking a local office off the map by its hours and what other patients wrote.

The cost of waiting · 03 things

What another quarter costs you.

None of this is urgent in the way a broken van is urgent, which is exactly why it slides. Here is what slides with it.

/ 01The next surge lands without youThe first warm Saturday puts the whole town in the yard, and Monday is a run of locked backs. School sports start in the fall, and January brings everybody who decided this is the year they sort it out. Starting the work in those weeks is starting late.
/ 02The crash calls go elsewhereCar accident searches are happening in your area this week, and they land on whoever wrote the page and knows the attorney. Another quarter of that, and somebody else's name is the one that office says out loud.
/ 03The first timers keep choosing the other officeMany of the people searching have never been adjusted, and they are deciding on nerve. Every week your reviews stay quiet and your pages stay vague, that call goes to the office that answered the questions. You never hear from them, so nothing tells you it happened.

Same system, different trade.

Questions we get asked

Before you book the call.

How long before any of this shows up?

The profile side moves first, because Google reads hours, categories and a booking link as soon as they change. Pages for sciatica or whiplash take longer: they have to get past clinic pages that have sat there for years.

A membership clinic opened down the road. Can we compete?

On walk in convenience, not easily; they are open when you are not. You win on the searches they are weakest at: the named complaint, the pregnancy patient, the crash case, and reviews with your doctor's name in them.

Should we build pages for our techniques?

After the complaint pages, yes. Somebody typing spinal decompression or Graston already knows what they want, so those pages are quick to write. There are just fewer of them than people typing my lower back hurts.

Is car accident work worth going after?

It is worth deciding on purpose. Those patients search different words, arrive through different people, and want a page telling them what happens first. If you would rather not take that work, we leave it out.

What can we actually say on the site?

Less than most agencies would write for you. Chiropractic advertising answers to your state board as well as the usual rules, so the pages stay on what you do, what a visit is like, and what patients said. Promises about outcomes stay off.
